Returns and Store Credit

Yayme! offers a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. We will allow the choice of store credit or replacement, if the product has a noticeable defect or flaw, at the time received. We will require a clear photo showing the fault before we issue the warranty.

We will not offer a replacement or store credit if the warranty has passed the 90 days from date of purchase and/or photographic proof of damage is not provided. If we believe the damage has been caused by negligence or malice, after the product has been received by the customer, the warranty will not be honoured.

If a mistake has been made by the user relating to the product and/or personalisation, it is of no fault of Yayme!, we are unable to offer a replacement or store credit.

No refunds will be issued. Please ensure details are thoroughly checked before your order is placed.

All warranty and return claims must be supplied with a proof of purchase including the corresponding order number and purchasers details. Failure to supply these details may delay or deny the warranty process.
