Yayme! is a family owned Party Plan company, bringing joy to children through the offering of Personalised Gifts. It all began with a simple family keepsake that was given with love to Stephanie, Vicky Solopotias’ daughter. The seed which planted the idea for her to start her own business so she could earn a living and stay at home with Stephanie.
Supported by her family and friends, Vicky launched her personalised gift business from the garage of her home. Through her previous corporate experience and willingness to learn, she not only inspired the masses with her creative personalised gifts, but also provided employment opportunities for people all across Australia.
Over the years her business, now known as Yayme! bloomed into an international organisation, with the mainstay focus remaining on national mail order, online and party plan distribution networks. What started out as a solo venture now employs 15 team members (nationally and internationally) and 300 Independent Party Plan consultants. It was through her hard work and perseverance, as well as her self-belief, she managed to create and nurture such a wonderful and well-loved Australian business. Now 24 years later, Vicky, Founder and Managing Director has come full circle as Stephanie works alongside her running the Party Plan division as the Business Development Manager.
Vicky’s aim was always to give back to the community, and with her many charitable efforts and continuous support of families across Australia, Vicky has managed to achieve all that she set out to do over 20 years ago. Yayme! continues to be a family business first and foremost, seeking ways to help the community, raising money for worthwhile charities and supporting women who are seeking stay at home work opportunities.
