Did you know Yayme! offers a 100% guarantee on all names printed onto your products?  Yep, we’re so confident on our naming process, that if at any time your letter’s peel off, please submit an image to us along with your proof of purchase and we will provide a replacement. Please see product warranty applications below.

Product Warranty

Yayme! also offers a 90 day warranty on products from the date of purchase. That’s a whole school term! We will happily replace a product if it has a noticeable defect or flaw which inhibits it’s functionality as a product, at the time received or within it’s first 90 days.  

Warranty Applications

Please note, warranties exclude general wear & tear. If we believe the damage has been caused by negligence or malice, after the product has been received by the customer, the warranty will not be honoured. To apply simply email customerservice@yayme.com.au with:
  1. A clear photo showing the fault before we issue the replacement
  2. Your order number or proof of purchase.
Please note: We will not offer a replacement if the warranty has passed the 90 days from date of purchase We will not offer a replacement if the photographic proof of damage is not clear or provided. If a mistake has been made by the user relating to the product and/or personalisation, it is of no fault of Yayme!, we are unable to offer a replacement. No refunds will be issued. Please ensure details are thoroughly checked before your order is placed. All warranty claims must be supplied with a proof of purchase including the corresponding order number and purchaser’s details. Failure to supply these details may delay or deny the warranty process.
